The DRIVERS, PRE-RELEASE DRIVERS and APPLICATION NOTES provided via download from this website are provided to OEM PARTNERS solely for use in the development and manufacturing of compatible products and not for sale or transfer to, use by, or modification for or by end-users, customers of OEM PARTNERS and/or NVIDIA, or anyone other than OEM PARTNERS, except as may be provided by separate written agreement(s) with NVIDIA. The DRIVERS, PRE-RELEASE DRIVERS and APPLICATION NOTES are CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY of NVIDIA, and OEM PARTNERS must keep all downloaded items confidential at least in the same manner in which they would safeguard their own CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY and, in no case, shall OEM PARTNERS transfer any of the DRIVERS, PRE-RELEASE DRIVERS and APPLICATION NOTES to a third party without the consent of NVIDIA.

                If you do not agree to be bound by the terms set forth above, you are not authorized to use the DRIVERS, PRE-RELEASE DRIVERS and APPLICATION NOTES made available via this website.  You may have additional rights or restrictions identified in separate written agreement(s) with NVIDIA.  You must review any such agreement before you exercise any of the rights described therein which are additional to the usages set forth above.  If you do not agree to the terms described above, as may be supplemented only by separate written agreement(s), you are not authorized to download, install, copy, or otherwise use the DRIVERS, PRE-RELEASE DRIVERS and APPLICATION NOTES.
